MINDSET, RESPECTING YOURSELF MORE AND MAKING BETTER CHOICES

Making a conscious effort to make a change is important on a number of different levels.

It’s not just because we want to look better on the beach in our bikinis and boardies, and also because we want to look as 🔥 as possible in life in general, but because we NEED to make these changes now, so that as the years go on, and you want to enjoy life, you need to have control of everything to ensure you’re healthy and fit enough to be able to do those.

Feeling good, fit and healthy so you can hit the beach every summer and know that all the work you put in for the years prior is continuing to pay off.

All of those prepped meals to keep you on track.

All of those better choices, are now paying you back!

While others regret decisions, you sit next to them more confident, happier and in a much better head space to be able to enjoy yourself more.

When it comes to respecting yourself more, it’s vital that you make decisions based on the right reasons. Choosing not to eat sweets all the time, choosing not to drink to excess or even regularly, all come down to holding yourself to a higher level. Respecting your body, and what you’re doing to it. You can’t expect it to perform at 100% if you treat it at 50%.

  1. Cut back on the crap (alcohol, sugar, bad carbs - pasta, bread, sweets, take-away)

  2. Include more of the good stuff (proteins, vegetables, fruits, good carbs - VARIETY!)

  3. Sleep more!

  4. Train harder & smarter!

  5. Make healthier choices.

  6. Don’t be a follower, lead by example!
