FIG & LEMON PROTEIN BALLS

When taste and flavour is of utmost importance.

INGREDIENTS:

4 dried figs

10 dates

50g coconut oil

60g vanilla protein

3/4 cup almonds

juice of 1 lemon

Desiccated coconut (to roll)

 

METHOD:

1. Blend dates and figs together.

2. Add almonds, coconut oil and lemon juice and blend. 

3. Add in protein powder and blend until fully combined. 

4. Roll mixture into balls and toss through desiccated coconut.

*Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
