Yoga & Movement
Caylyn is a yoga teacher that digs anatomy and movement science. She's passionate about helping students understand how to move and breathe well even after rolling up their yoga mats. Building essential movement skills looks a whole lot less 'impossible-yoga' and feels (seriously) good. With a commitment to helping students find their own expression of traditionally practised shapes - you'll find that she meets you where you are. She's got an eye for detail and easy to understand instructions that challenge and develop yogis of all levels.
Classes will be light, welcoming and laughs are pretty likely too.
Monday's class will be a progressive flow (Feel Good Flow) with smart, varied and fun movement. Join in on the journey to balance body and mind, practise new breathing habits and become a good mover.
Wednesday's class will integrate slower movement (Slow Steady Flow) providing students with takeaway mobility methods, challenging movements and a deeply relaxing 15 minutes of mindful rest at the end of the session.
