COACH JERRI

With over ten years of coaching experience, Jerri specialises in women’s health, photoshoot preps, strength training and acquires 500 hours of yoga teacher training.

Her wealth of knowledge shines through in the way she helps women feel strong, capable and deeply supported. She’s passionate about guiding clients toward pain-free movement, building confidence and achieving things they once believed were out of reach.

Coaching gives her the perfect blend of flexibility and purpose, allowing her to create a safe, uplifting space where every woman can grow and thrive.  


COACH MICHAEL

Michael has been working for 15 years strong in the fitness industry. From humble beginnings in the early 2000s, to now specializing in strength & conditioning and working with some of the top Crossfit and functional fitness athletes in Australia. Michael loves to work with people who are dedicated to the process and are committed to bringing out their potential with fitness and health.

Having worked with both general population clients, as well as athletes on the big stage. Michael has a well blended experience coaching all sorts of people from all walks of life.

Specialties & client focus:

-Beginner to advanced strength training.

-Conditioning and power training for everyday life 

-Sports specific training for athletes (football, basketball, boxing e.t.c)

-Rehab and recovery coaching for managing injuries 


COACH LIAM

I’m a personal trainer focused on building real strength that carries over into everyday life.

For me, training isn’t about chasing extremes or spending hours in the gym — it’s about moving well, feeling strong, and having the energy to fully show up for your life.

Whether that means keeping up with your kids, moving pain-free, or being the parent on the playground doing chin-ups instead of watching from the car, that’s the kind of strength we’re building.

My coaching is centered around quality movement, sustainable progress, and practical training that fits into your routine. I help you improve how your body moves and feels, not just how it looks — because better movement means a better quality of life, and the flow on effect is in fact looking better.

I believe strength is one of the most powerful tools you can build. It gives you confidence, resilience, and freedom, both inside and outside the gym.
