WHAT IS TEEN FIT?

Being a dad of 4, very active boys, I have seen firsthand the importance of sport, fitness and activity in kids lives. Their bodies are designed to move, and crave movement!

What I see a lot with young kids in sport these days, is a lack of support outside the sporting space.

Where can kids, who have good potential or simply a strong interest in continuing to play competitive sport, go to train? Get stronger, move better, and understand the importance of exercise in the role it plays in sport?

Exactly, I’m in the industry and I still don’t know where you’d go!

This is where Teen Fit comes in.

This will be a dedicated class/program for kids who play competitive sport, who are looking for that push and extra little edge.

We will help each one understand their body, and the strengths it has to be able to maximise their training and also how we can translate that to their chosen sport too.

This program is best suited to teens aged 13-16. If your child is outside this age range, please reach out to discuss suitability.

The Program Starts Monday July 7th (first Monday of school holidays)

This is a pilot program and has the potential to really benefit your child in not only their sport but also their life.

Investment: We are only looking for kids who are ready to make a serious change, and are committed to at least 2 sessions per week to accelerate their training and sport performance.

Times: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 10:30am - 11:30am
