Allow your body adequate time to prepare, rebuild, recover and be at its physical prime before you get into pre-season training next year.

This 12 week training program is designed to establish strength and metabolic conditioning like you’ve never had before.

This program and training model is designed for people who want to get strong, have physical endurance, and excellent conditioning that they will be able to transfer across into their chosen sport.

I have played high level sport for over a decade, playing at some of the highest levels and maintaining a physical condition that is optimised to allow me to play at my best, remain injury free and recover better than I ever have.

This program is for you if;

  • you can commit to a minimum of 3 days of training per week

  • be willing to follow a targeted nutrition plan

  • be dedicated and focused on getting in your best physical shape over the next 12 weeks
