Two ingredients that should always be present in your pantry are raw cacao and fresh coffee beans. When you combine them, something magical happens, and this is the result!
200g raw cashews
200g coconut oil
100g chocolate ESA Protein Powder
20 dates (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes)
3 tsp maca powder
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
5 heaped tbsp roasted coffee beans
1 cup desiccated coconut
Blend the cashews, coconut oil, and protein together.
Drain and add dates while blending.
Add in the maca, cacao, coffee beans and coconut and blend until all ingredients are combined, but coffee beans are left broken and whole.
Pour into a cake tin or storage container and set in the fridge.
Once set, slice into desired bite size pieces.
