Pre & Post Natal Care

It has been a commonly heard complaint from mum’s in the Bayside area that it can be really difficult to find time and energy to exercise, let alone finding childcare. So when Sarah, our resident pre/post specialist, had her own baby early in 2009, she realised first hand the difficulties and took action.

Now we have Mum’s and Bub’s personal training for one on one sessions and small groups.

Mum’s and Bub’s training;

  

  • Gets you back to pre birth weight and fitting into pre baby clothes
  • Provides professional advice and appropriate pre/post natal exercises
  • Assists in the development of core stability and strengthening
  • Knows what exercise you should be doing when pregnant
  • Offers motivation and results

  

Mum’s and Bub’s training runs individual or group pre/post natal personal training sessions in the Revive studio. Babies remain within eye contact of mum the whole time mum is getting her workout and can be attended to at any time. Our groups offer a great opportunity to exercise while enjoying the company of other local mums and expanding your social circle as well as sharing information and advice. But if focus is what you need then personal training one on one offers you the comfort of knowing it’s just you, the trainer and your baby in the studio.

Mums & Bubs sessions are run Tuesday & Wednesday, group sessions from $25 and personal training from $35.

Appointments are essential for groups and personal training sessions.
