Group TrainingOur group training is designed for quality over quantity! Get in get it done and go home! Half hour group training sessions run weekly with a number of different options to tempt you to try something different in your fitness regime or work hard at the workouts you love. The timetable below includes our 1 hour group session on Saturday, the other sessions are all half hour. Bookings are required and conditions do apply regarding suitability and attendance. So please enquire with us before making a decision.
