Group Training

Our group training is designed for quality over quantity! Get in get it done and go home!

Half hour group training sessions run weekly with a number of different options to tempt you to try something different in your fitness regime or work hard at the workouts you love.

The timetable below includes our 1 hour group session on Saturday, the other sessions are all half hour.

Bookings are required and conditions do apply regarding suitability and attendance. So please enquire with us before making a decision.

We would love to add extra sessions to the timetable so please let us know what you would like added and we will see what we can do to make it happen. We would really like to run daytime sessions and get something going on a Friday morning , we just need your input to set it up.
